- Which file types work?
- PDF, DOCX and TXT, or text pasted directly. Scanned image-only PDFs have no text layer, so they cannot be read — you are told that instead of receiving an invented result.
- Can I get the result in another language than the document?
- Yes. Choose your results language before uploading. A German document can be processed and the result returned in English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or Romanian.
- What counts as an action item?
- Something the document states or clearly implies that a named or implied party must do. Vague intentions are not turned into tasks.
- What if there are no tasks in my document?
